ORDERING INFORMATION
We are happy to accept your orders by phone, but we encourage you to follow up with a faxed confirmation. Fax line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This ensures efficient handling of orders and eliminates costly errors. Mail orders are processed daily. No custom work of any kind can be undertaken without receipt of your written purchase order.

QUOTATIONS & PRICING
For volume purchases or special orders, please contact Polyman Customer Service directly. Special order quotations will be honoured for 21 days, after which they will need to be requoted. All prices are subject to change without notice.

TERMS
Payment terms are Net 30 days, on approved credit. To establish an account please contact Polyman directly. Where no prior credit approval has been obtained, orders will be shipped C.O.D., requiring cash or certified cheque (we will notify you of the exact amount before shipping).

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Waterloo, Ontario warehouse. Shipping is U.P.S. or LTL. Freight is prepaid and added to each invoice.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Written authorization is required for all returns. Returned product must be shipped prepaid. A handling and restocking charge of 25% will also be applied to the account.

WAREHOUSING
Polyman Plastics has two Waterloo-based warehouses, totalling over 20,000 square feet allowing us to maintain an extensive inventory to fill orders and service your needs quickly and efficiently.

Polyman Plastics Inc. guarantees that all products will perform for the purpose for which they were designed, and will be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
